Less than 30 days
In case of cancellation of one participants or more, less than 30 days prior to the excursion’s date, cancellation fees are $40 per person.
Less than 10 days
In case of cancellation less than 10 days prior to the excursion’s date, there will be no reimbursment of any kind.
Delay and late arrival on the excursion’s day
If a participant is late and misses the departure, there will be no reimbursment of any kind.
Groups of 16 people and more
Reservations for groups of 16 people and more must be paid in full when booked and are not refundable nor transferable if less than 30 days prior event’s date.
